Return Policy

Our return policy allows for select items to to be returned within 14 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please use the contact form on our website.

Return Eligibility

Before initiating a return, customers are required to confirm that their item is eligible for return under our return policy. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the contact form will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products. Final sale items from select collections are also non-returnable.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, a replacement may require an extra charge, or a partial refund may be issued.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
